The room is decent, you get what you pay for. There is a small beach which is good to just hangout and some other activities to check out too. However if you stay at the 2nd floor it can get noisy at night with people coming in and out of their rooms.

My son and I stayed there for the weekend. Rooms are clean, we'll maintained. Private outdoor sitting area. They have feeding time for sharks! Tortoises. A gift shop. They have a private beach. Hotel shuttle service is included to downtown. I will be going back there. Enjoy 😉

Very small room, but served its purpose. The deck was very soft, someone is definitely going to fall through one day. No hot water, shower curtain was moldy, comforter was stained.. staff was nice but probably wouldn’t go back.

Average Place to Stay in Key West
The best things about Ibis Bay: the amazing neon sign, the pool - which gets great morning/early afternoon sun - and the coconut mojitos! The cons: small bathrooms, not eco-friendly (mini bottles of shampoo, etc. instead of refillable bottles mounted in the shower; plastic silverware and to-go containers instead of plates at free breakfast), no hooks in bathroom outside of pool, etc. I know these seem like little things, but we had stayed at another resort down the street for the majority of our stay and here just one night (our flight was cancelled), so it was impossible not to compare to the other place. Food at the on-site restaurant is just "okay", too.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were great. The location is out of the busiest area so it was quiet and relaxing. Rooms are on the smaller side but, we were aware of that. We would stay again!
