We had a wonderful walk out on to the ocean, beautiful views and easy to get around. No microwave and the room should keep a broom for all the sand.

Ibis Bay is a most amazing place to chill out. Have a swim a cocktail swing in a hammock place in the entirety of Key West check it out.

Lower your expectations. Looking at the photos it looks like a 5 stars resort and it is everything but! I found a Motel 6 with pretty colors. Very small room, very very small bathroom and incredibly small shower. Breakfast is not worth weaking up for. After all not too bad if you have very low espectations.

First thing we noticed was that the floors were dirty. We arrived early but they said the room was ready so I don’t think that was the problem. No microwave or coffee pot. No ice machine on site but we were able to get ice from the restaurant, which was closed for a private event the first night of our two night stay. Garbage trucks ran early, about 5:30 am. Otherwise, we got a decent night’s sleep. Definitely not a luxury resort.

Location was key! Shuttle service to downtown gave us the freedom to explore without the parking. Lil maintenance required (room doors not sealed. Clean rooms. Meal options limited, ate meals at the resort. Free breakfast to start the day nice.

The property was nice and well located with many activities. Being able to feed the sharks was fun, and the hammocks were comfortable for lounging. The restaurant was pretty good for dinner, but the hotel breakfast options weren’t great. The people were very friendly, and the grounds were very clean. Our room was a little older and smaller than the rooms pictured, but it was fine for what we needed.

This hotel wasn’t bad, but the seafood restaurant was closed for repairs and the continental breakfast was served around the pool area with not a lot of variety. The shuttle going to and bringing you back from different points around Key west was excellent!

It's a great location. Housekeeping did a great job. The hourly shuttle in to town is very convenient. I was disappointed when we got there, the bar and restaurant were closed for renovations. When we called the resort a week before our arrival to get details, we gave them our dates on property, we were given the hours of the bar and restaurant.

The view was awesome breastfast was at 8 which was inconvenient for us being early risers, we had a blast on the rented scooters thanks 91/2 Dan the man, the rest of the staff was modest , not engaging some of them act like they don’t want to be bothered need more personality I guess, but over all it was an awesome stay!!!
