Paid an arm and a leg to stay a night during Oktoberfest. Arrived at 5:25pm and the room wasnt ready. Had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes. Front desk staff were struggling with almost every step of the check in process. Got up to room and heat was blasting, 24 degrees. Couldn't get the thermostat to do anything but heat, so turned it as low as it could go hoping the temp would level itself out while we were out. Arrived back around midnight, and the room was even hotter - the bathroom has heated floors that dont seem to have an off switch, and kept the whole room warm. There was a sign on the shower door advising to only use one side as it sticks - written on the back of a scrap of paper and scotch taped on. Looked like it had been there a while. The sign was worse than the issue it was calling attention to, and made me question the operator's standards overall. There were a few other tiny details about the hotel that just seemed half-a$sed. Minor gripes aside, it was a clean and comfortable stay (temperature aside), but didnt live up to the brand or the price tag.

Cleaning lady woke me up knocking at my door twice at 8:55am and than 9am saying check out is at 9:55 am when it was false ( check out clearly says at noon ) & never seen a hotel having a check out that time it disturbed my morning and if i pay to stay at a place i shouldnt be forced to leave earlier than the check out time state. When i went to check out some other guest were complaning at the front desk about the same thing, she was doing the same thing to other guests it made people confused and angry. Other than that everything was fine. If its common practice be prepared to be disturbed in the morning by cleaning ladies trying to rush their working hours

There was an issue with the room. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and it was all over the windowsill and floor. Complained to the front desk and nothing was done. They kept giving us the run around and didn’t change our room until the next day.

The property was lovely, and the bathroom floor was heated, which was a very nice and unexpected plus. The room was clean and well appointed. The only negative was that when I arrived for check-in (just before 8pm) there was no one manning the front desk (there was a sign saying only "back in 30 minutes", but no indication as to when that time began). I stood around for about 15 minutes before someone finally attended to me (with no apology), but he gave me a cookie, which was quite tasty, so I guess all is forgiven (?). The parking was a little crammed, but by morning there were lots of spaces available, so I guess my late check-in was the cause.
