Had 2 rooms booked 2 weeks in advance. Showed up they only had 1 room for us. Looked online they had a room available for 10 times the price we paid. Moved us to a hotel that was down the road which was full of bugs. I wasn't going to put a review until Kaew for the front desk confronted us on our second day. He was looking like he wanted to fight. Kaew needs to chill out He is going to have a heart attack if he keeps this up. The lady's at front desk were nice. Would be awful to work with this guy.

Where do I start. On arrival we where greeted with cool mango juice, check in was simple and efficient. The quality of the room was exemplary, with the linen and towels changed every day. The staff where superb, from reception, always helpful, through to the cleaners and the breakfast girls making it their mission, to make us as guests, feel special.

Rooms are very small and a bit claustrophobic. There's no privacy whatsoever unless you close the blinds, which defeats the purpose of having a pool view. The rooms also get way too warm and stuffy if you let any natural light in during the day, which makes the blinds a necessity. Breakfast was average, not great. Overall just OK, likely would not book with this property again if we returned to Ko Lanta.

This hotel was good, close to the beach. It was frustrating that the cleaners left the doors open while cleaning and mosquitoes and spiders became your roommates

We absolutely love it here. Pictures you see are true. Brand new facility, staff is wonderful, so clean and 5 minute stroll to the beach. We extended our stay twice!! We will be back and recommend to all

Scam hotel
Boendet ser jätte fint ut på bilderna, utrustat med pool och solstolar utanför hotelrummen. Gångavstånd till stranden och tillgång till många olika resturanger. Däremot var hotellrummet inte särskillt fräscht. Väggarna var smustiga, lakan och kudde var sönder vid ankomst. Fanns även en A4 på rummet som noterade hur mycket allt skulle kosta om du skulle ha sönder något i rummet. Vi hade oturen att hotell nyckel och kortet lossnade från buntbandet som höll ihop dem. Hotell personalen anklagade oss att vi tagit sönder den och sa att vi MÅSTE betala för den om det händer igen. Bortsett från det var personalen allmänt otrevlig och kändes som de inte ville ha gäster där. Lappar och info fanns nästan mer på ryska än på engleska. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell för det är risk för scam.

Das Hotel ist an sich gut gelegen und die Zimmer auch ok. Allerdings hat es beim Pool ekelhaft nach Abfluss oder Chemikalien gerochen und auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war nicht sehr angenehm. Zum Glück verflog dieser Geruch nach einiger Zeit. Frühstück ist auch eher durchschnittlich

Les photos donnent envie d’y séjourner, peut-être quand l’hôtel venait d’ouvrir. Pour la piscine, rien à dire mis à part que celle-ci dégage une odeur désagréable et a un fond plutôt jaunâtre. Les installations sont laissées à l’abandon, des trous dans le murs, manque de peinture ect La chambre est propre. Ne vous attendait pas à un confort de literie, j’avais l’impression de dormir à même le sol tellement le lit était dur, engourdissement et douleur de dos au réveil assuré ! Des difficultés de compréhension avec le personnel de l’hôtel qui parle très peu anglais voir pas du tout. Pour une nuit ok, mais pas plus …

Var overbooket ved ankomst
Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi henvist til at andet hotel den første nat og skulle så skifte tilbage til dette hotel dagen efter. ikke ligefrem den bedste start på et ophold. Hotels.com gjorde dog hvad de kunne for at hjælpe, så tak for det. Selve hotellet tager sig godt ud på billeder, men er desværre allerede lidt i forfald. Værelserne lugtede dagligt af kloak og sengene er meget hårde. Poolen var dejlig og blev benytte flittigt. Morgenmaden er ikke god og kan på ingen måder anbefales.
