Good central accomodation
Nice central place. Check in was a strict 3pm checkin so we had to wait a few hours to checkin which is always inconvenient with no flexibly which some hotels have. Staff were friendly. Food was good at normal hotel prices. We had a room overlooking the back pool and was really nice. Our friends upgraded to an ocean front pool and there room was not as nice and a damp smell and no hot water. I think the poolside rooms were better. It’s close to the shops and to hire the boats to go to the islands. To book these boats go directly to the beach as twice the price at the resort.

The staff at this property was very pleasant and friendly from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. They responded quickly to any concern. I was unhappy with the property because it is outdated. The room I stayed in had an electrical fire and as a result we were placed in the senators suite, which was probably not used as frequently. Water in the toilet, sink and shower were brown. Bedsheets were dusty. Breakfast choices were also very limited. The beachfront property is beautiful and close to many stores/eats on the main strip.

Wonderful location and a beautiful property. Spa at the resort is great at a reasonable price. The bed is a little stiff, but overall that’s the only complaint. Would stay here again.

A very nice place to stay in Aonang beach.
Very nice resort in Aonang. Very comfortable, calm, nice pools, next to the sea/beach (quite private as away from the busy street) and nice view on the mountain. The personal is very helpful and agreable, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The firework show every night was amazing. Breakfast was diversified and generous.
