24/7 reception and the service was great. Plenty of parking however it was mixed between private and the Oaks customers therefore you had to go level by level each occasion. also small car spots. We stayed for seven nights and we would stay again. Had a 2 bed Riverview apartment and the view was great. Large balcony with dining table. Location was great as 10 min walk to the riverwalk, restaurants and ferry terminal.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the 3 bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The lifts look new and have great technology making getting up and down quicker than some other apartment buildings. There were a few issues with some of the doors in the apartment (privacy locks not working, a door on an ensuite not able to be closed), but assured by staff they would have them fixed up.

The apartment I stayed in had an unpleasant smell and the carpet stained in some areas. Whilst the price per night is ok for the size of the apartment it is expensive for the condition and small. If not for the location I would not stay there again.
