Property was well connected and close to beach. However the room smelt damp and musty, and was in need of an update. I had a massage in the hotel spa and It was really poor unfortunately. The therapist was 40 mins late, and didn’t seem to know what she was doing (very unusual for Thailand). I mentioned this to the reception and they didn’t seem to care at all. Honestly the massage in the street salons were 1/3 of the price and 10 times better. Very disappointing experience. The pool was great, but closed at 8pm which was annoying.

This hotel was awesome! It was in an amazing location, so many shops and restaurants within a minute walk. The staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, with many options of all types of breakfast. Will be staying here again and definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Ao Nang.

Great location alghough definitely not a 4* we booked a pool swim up room which although had swim up was round dark corner with no light in. Pool area was dirty and no staff collecting empty glasses or cans lying around. Corridor walls marked and definitely needing a refresh

Location was fine for Ao Nang with regard to walking to the ocean, access to bars and restaurants as well as dive outfits. Hotel staff were not proficient in English and need more service oriented training programs. Over my 5 nights, house cleaning had not reached my room until after 3 pm when I was back for a rest so I declined service. Breakfast buffet was good and staff there were good too.

Good location, staff was excellent, pool and outside bar were great. Our first room was not the cleanest when we checked in. The sheets had stains but they changed them right away and some of the glasses had fingerprints all over them. We checked in to a pool facing room for our last few nights and it was great but we ended up facing a small pool at the back instead of the main pool with the bar. It ended up being a lot more quiet but i think i would request a main pool facing room next time. Overall, awesome stay!

Stayed for 2 nights in February in a Superior Room with Balcony. The room was clean and as shown in the listing photos. The air conditioning worked, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had hot water. The breakfast buffet was excellent, in fact, the best of any hotel I stayed at during my Thailand trip.The pool was very good and the pool bar was fun. The property has a good location on the Krabi strip. I would use this hotel again, and certainly recommend it to others.

Comfortable bedding: Invest in high-quality bedding and pillows. A good night’s sleep is essential. Bathrobes and slippers: i think as a beach area hotel should added comfort of these items. Options for pillows: Allow guests to choose from different pillow types (e.g., down, foam, hypoallergenic). Personalized comfort goes a long way. May provide lotion and toiletries as needed

We’ve stayed here before. Housekeeping could be better. Had to ask for toilet rolls and soap on 2 occasions as not replaced when room cleaned. Rooms good size and so is the balcony. Buffet breakfast is standard and nothing special. Coffee is pretty horrible.
