Shout out to David and Tina - the two remarkable folks managing the kids activities. You both made a huge difference to our kids and the overall trip - thanks so much! The hotel is nice - the breakfasts aren't anything you are going to write a review about - but they are fine and varied and not too bad. The restaurant at the beachside pool is very yummy if a bit expensive. Don't miss dinner there with the trio of young ladies singing and the fireshow - lots of fun. The pools were the highlight of the trip! We were happy to be in one of the poolside family suites and it worked really well for us. The downside as others have mentioned were the folks at the front desk - perfunctorily friendly and absolutely unhelpful - don't ask them for anything, don't lose anything, don't have any special requests because it's not going to happen. They may acknowledge an issue, but they won't actually do anything about it. Having said that - it's a nice place with nice people - you'll enjoy it.
