Everything was clean, great and amazing. The restaurants in the hotel offer delicious food and check in/out was perfect. Only one issue, the cleaning staff was extremely noisy outside of the rooms many times, which made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel has a lovely enclosed garden with nicely designed water falls. It offers avery convenient shuttle to and fro the Kyoto station, which made it easier to plan. The breakfast options were very good. The hotel was spacious, but felt old though it has been renovated. The room had fan only, with an air purifier, which did not help with allergies. Staff were helpful.

Only negative was the air conditioning . It was not cool enough, but they did give a fan.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast buffet was delicious with good options. Rooms were very clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kyoto. Plus the free shuttle bus to Kyoto station was very helpful in getting around

This hotel is very centrally located. It was an easy flat walk to Kyoto station, but the shuttle also goes there twice an hour and picks up from there twice an hour. The breakfast buffet was incredibly extensive. The only negative is that the rooms were kind of small, but they were fine. it was large enough for me to share with a friend. The electric water kettle in the room was a bonus.

It was an excellent hotel with very useful shuttle to subway and yrain station. 3 restaurants on site and two bars. Great service overall
