The facility has been updated since my last visit more than 10 years ago. However, the caulking in the bathroom continues to have molds. The overall feel for me during my stay is that this is a dated hotel with inadequate upgrades to reflect what a flagship hotel should be like. I would consider still staying at this hotel during my next visit but would not keep my expectation too high.

We had a great stay at the Grand Hyatt - the rooms were very spacious and the fitness amenities were above par compared to any other business hotel I’ve stayed in anywhere around the world. Superb customer service. Cleanliness above and beyond. Exceptional in room toiletries. Lotion was the best I have experienced in any hotel chain!! Grand Hyatt is definitely a 5 STAR HOTEL if not more! Good choices could not have been better!
