Voiced my concern about the temperature of the hot water. Left for dinner and when I returned we had HOT water. I could have not understood how the faucet worked but the point is they got right on to the problem and fixed it. Greatly appreciated. They were even willing to move me to another room. Great job.

Favorite place to stay in LA.
Great stay. Love everything about the place except for one small thing: their d*mn card key system. Both our cards did not stay activated, so we had to bug the front desk daily to reset one or the other. And yes, we kept the cards away from electronic devices.

Our bathroom was not clean. There was feces all over the toilet we informed the staff of the issue they said they couldn’t do anything about because we did not book directly with the hotel. They stated that we had to contact Expedia about the issue.

Horrible. The whole floor stunk like burning rubber. Carpets and walls were disgustingly filthy. Bathroom had no lock on it with just swing closet doors for privacy. Mattress had broken spring sticking up. Recommend you find anywhere else to stay.
