We came from the Fairmont Banff Springs and found Lake Louise to be a bit underwhelming. Activities were very limited. We were “upgraded” to a suite with a view (and noise) of their ongoing construction rather than the lake view as requested. Food options were very limited. There were no real options outside of the hotel. Very nice hotel with its own level of charm.

Absolutely Incredible Hotel
1000/10 Stay. Beautiful beyond words and a level of service one rarely finds even at most 5 ⭐️ hotels. 10mins from some of the best skiing in the world with a complimentary shuttle and VIEWS of the Canadian Rockies that will have you staring beyond the Lake in Awe for hours. Magnificent Hotel that we could not recommend more.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! We understand the hotel is under construction and can’t wait to come to back to see upgrades. The pool/hot tub area needs to be renovated, so hoping that’s something on the list to renovate soon. Our spa service was amazing, food was great! Overall it was an amazing experience and stay. Enjoyed our family ski trip
Our stay was great. Try not to book too much in advance, there was a price discrepancy but hotel management was very helpful to resolve it. The construction of the new spa didn't have any effects on our stay, but a few restaurants were still closed.
