First, the positives - reasonable price, great location near the main square, wonderful breakfast buffet, and kind and helpful front desk staff. Second, areas needing improvement - lighting was poor, bed linens uncomfortable and too heavy, but especially no hot water. I was excited to see a bathtub, but only lukewarm water and no plug. A staff person came to the room to "fix" but not remedied. Two nights with no hot water a bummer. Would have been great otherwise.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The only drawbacks were that the TV did not have any Netflix or smart tv connection as well as no caption for English to watch movies.

Airport transfer issue...
The room was what I have reserved. Wide enough at the corner of the hotel. Walking distance to every place I need to go. The only problem I had is the transportation to the airport. I have reserved a transportation through the hotel and they should pick up us at 5:45 AM in the morning. No body came to pick up us... We were missing our flights if I did not find a taxi in the early morning. If hotel promise us to set a paid transportation to the airport they should take care of it. I should not try to find a taxi at the last moment to catch my flight...

Good location, good breakfast, warm rooms
It was all fine. Our room was spacious, had lot of blankets and a heater. The bathroom was big, with bathtub, hairdryer and hot water. Perfect location! The tours to Titicaca offered by the hotel were much more expensive than the normal agencies.

Everything is good: big room, refrigerator, heater, great breakfast. One of the best valued hotels I’ve ever stayed. The only wish is using black out drapes to provide guests a better sleep.

It was a nice stay. The rooms had been renovated and were very nice. Everyone was so helpful. The electricity was off in the city, when we woke up in the morning and would be off for the entire day, but it wasnt their fault. They made sure we had hot water for showers and they still had a nice hot breakfast and coca tea.

We enjoyed a spacious warm room, warm beds, plenty of hot water, fridge, wall safe, TV that all worked, and location close to Plaza de Armas. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and tasty breakfast with several choices and unlimited coffee and tea at any hour quite convenient.

Good, given the city it's in. Parking is available one block away. Decent hotel overall, reasonable breakfast. Helpful staff. Probably one of the best choices in Puno as it is one block downhill from the tourist-y area, with decent restaurants.
