The property location was fine for my needs. The restaurant and bar area was very nice, but the hotel in certain areas is a bit tired and worn. Overall it was a decent enough hotel for the price that I paid. Excellent staff that were very helpful particularly in the restaurant/bar.

great stay
not the first time we have stayed there. Big section of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We always get greeted by reception staff with a smile and laugh. Breakfast staff are great too. All in all we always have a great stay.

Rooms tired and needing updating. Bathroom in room dirty. Staff amazing, food average and probably slightly overpriced for what you get. Take the standard of the hotel to the quality of the staff and you’re on to a winner but definitely work to be done

The hotel was a good location for the coach pick up at 7.15am for our cruise. The only down side was that a cooked breakfast is not served at the hotel before 7am.

Tired rooms, but great staff.
Hotel rooms are very tired. Frist room smelt of damp and window broken, so changed. Next one not much better. Ground floor with no blinds, so had to keep curtains shut for privacy. Food ok, not worth the steep prices. Staff were great and worked very hard, as they all seemed to have multiple jobs.

Room was average and not the one that i thought i was booking in picture from the site. Bed was comfotable pillows were nice. Carpets are looking a bit tired . Breakfast was good, but not worth the normal price. Bathroom needs some attention on the ceilings. View was the car park. Good for a quick overnight stay.

Rooms very tired looking, wet carpet due to a leak and made the room smell. Wasn’t picked up during daily room service (stayed 4 nights) and when I reported it, there was no apology or thanks. Reception staff not friendly however I couldn’t fault bar/restaurant staff and conference staff, their attentiveness is the reason I will return for meetings only
