2nd time staying here, unsure about a 3rd time
Clean bathrooms and beds, comfortable stay. Nice outlook, quiet and peaceful. Property needs more attention to detail - cobwebs, grubby handrails, grouting in shower room needs redone. Walls and doors were marked and scuffed, kitchen worktop chipped. Window vent in kitchen was covered with black gaffa tape! Comfy sofas but cushion zips were broken. Facilities in this apartment were just generally below standard sadly.

Decent little apartment, clean, comfortable. Perfectly good for a couple of days stay. You've got to bring everything except salt and pepper if you want to cook, but everything seemed to work OK. Managed to time our arrival for the exact moment the local farmers were muck spreading, which made the first afternoon a bit unpleasant on the nostrils, but that's hardly the venue's fault.

I have been stayed at Thurnham hall between 25 and 50 times , or probably even more , over the last 2 years . I accidentally left a couple of things ( a laptop charger and an umbrella) on different occasions and notified the manager within 12 hours of check out . The lost things were not found or returned to me and the general manager was dismissive. It doesn’t give me much confidence or trust in the governance.

Amazing apartment in a lovely setting
This place was amazing & such good value for money. Our one bed apartment was spacious, clean & well equipped. All the staff were helpful & friendly, we ate at the restaurant one night and it was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

We only stayed the one night, and we ate at the restaurant which was really lovely. We had a one bedroom apartment in the courtyard. It was huge. Really comfortable bed and a lovely outdoor seating area. We will definitely go back as we didn’t get chance to use the pool or properly explore the grounds.
