The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

First room smelled of 60year old smoke and rotten food. They don’t do housekeeping or remove trash and Second room had bug infestation. The bugs were huge and bit my husband drawing blood. Waiting on our refund from Expedia and the hotel since he had to check out.

Reasonably priced property that is close to the convention center. The hotel is a little dated but the room was clean and check in was seamless.

All they had were machines for checking in. It spits out your room keys but no one there to tell you what your room number is. No one to tell us how to get to the correct elevator for our room tower. Had to seek someone out to find out our room and how to get to correct elevator. Need to get someone with a personal service behind a desk to greet you and thank you for staying. Not someone standing in the corner watching a bank of machines. Hotels are called a hospitality service for a reason.

Yes was on the strip and had area for my children . But rooms were in back towers .. elevator broken down room on. 3rd floor . Construction all hours got no sleep . Was like a ghost land in a tower with 2 other guests .. ac didn’t work room was hot . Toliet was plugged most time .. wouldn’t go back to thwis hotel if had stay in towers across from hotel ..

The location was great for the convention center, BUT the cleanliness, noise, and comfort was just awful. I paid extra to have a "newly refreshed room" and a refrigerator. I wish I could have seen what the non-refreshed rooms looked like. I would bet the rooms havent been "refreshed" in the last 5 years! When booking, it lets you upgrade to "newly refreshed room" and the pictures make them seem nice. At check in i was allowed to "upgrade" again, which i did to a deluxe room w/ fridge. I got to my room and there was NO fridge......... I called reception and an hour later house keeping wheeled in a mini frigde on a dirty utility cart, the fridge looked like it went through a hail storm. The fridge us left on the cart in the corner of the room. First night was quiet, and then unfortunately we got a neighbor for the remainder of our stay. The walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING! Litterally sounded like the neighbors were in the room room with us. Our room was never cleaned or even tidied during our stay, and I had to wait on hold 15 min just to ask for clean towels. I was very unimpressed abd felt like I was mislead by their advertising. I would NOT recommend. Also, all rideshare pickups are at the back casino entrance, which requires you to walk through the smelly casino, the smell was so nauseating.

I did not know the Manor bedrooms where that far from the casino. Next trip will be booking at the casino tower feel like I booked without checking where I was actually staying.

This hotel is quite large, but it surprisingly lacks basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving erasers. The lobby and reservation area are located on the backside of the building, which made it challenging to find since there were no clear signs guiding visitors. The parking was difficult to find at the time of check-in.

Stinky, housekeeping vacuums halls and rooms 24/7, quick to call security, too far off strip..... No table games. Everything closes early, bottom of the barrel spot.
