Stayed one quick night for my son's tournament in the area. The room smelled enough that we stoppe and picked up an air freshener on our way back from dinner, it was dated with poor upkeep (paint, walls, box springs/beds, furniture). If this room wasn't $250 in rural Columbia, PA it wouldn't have bothered me as much, but it was. This room is what I would expect at a $100/night rate.

I feel like for as much as it cost to stay at this hotel, and the fact that the main photo is of the hot tub that was nonfunctional. I specifically booked this hotel for that purpose. The room definitely had an old cigarette smell, Cleanliness was a four out of 10 at best. I understand that things are being worked on, but maybe charge a price that reflects that.

We had ants in our bed and on the desk and night stand, The refrigerator had a wet spot in front and didn't keep things cold, Hot tub was out of service, no vending machines except for ice and the toilet worked sometimes. Pool was nice.

MOLD, MOUSE POOP, DIRTY!!
We arrived for a 2 night stay. Our room felt wet. There is mold on the sofa bed and it is covered in crumbs and mouse poop. This is disgusting and a major health hazard! We have children. It is not a safe or healthy environment. The girl at the front desk showed me 2 other rooms that were just as bad. She offered to change the sheets on the sofa beds but that does not eliminate the mold or mouse poop. We had to leave immediately for our health. This is totally unacceptable. Also, the hot tub is out of service which was a selling point. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and enjoyed it. It has definitely gone way down hill. I have tried to contact the hotel at 2 different emails and they have not returned my messages. Do not stay here!

We were moved three diff room. One door would not close completely. Another room water leak/Mold in window in ceiling!!! I ask to be transferred to another hotel in the same chain, but was refused!!!!

It's not good.
The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. However, when you're staying at a hotel it's the room that counts. Ours did not live up to our relatively low standards. We opened the door to a musty smell. It was unpleasant but not nauseating. The toilet ran constantly. It also had a cracked flushing handle and leaked a little at the base when flushed. The bathroom itself was tiny and had the bathroom sink outside in the main room. The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of wood. The real kicker was the wet spot in the floor that ran the length of the bed. It was under the air conditioner, which I suspect was causing the spot. I gave it the night hoping it might dry and seeing if I felt different in the morning. When we toll the front desk, they were nice, but informed us that the maintenance guy wasn't in until 9a. She offered a different room but going from a king bed to two doubles is not how I wanted to spend my vacation with my wife. We ate the cost and booked a room at a different hotel.

Beds were saggy, comforter was dirty, found plastic pieces in the bed, dirty swimsuit left in the bathroom, floor was not vacuumed. Breakfast was good and staff was polite.
