The rug in the hallway was dirty. Was woken up at night by another guest trying to check in due to no one on duty at the front desk. No one was at the desk during checkout. Was expecting at least a coffe pot in room but there wasnā€™t one.

Bed had a wet spot that was soaked through the blanket and sheets. The linens were obviously not changed. The towel had a dried blood stain. The AC blew room temp air.

The motel was close to all of the local attractions, but the road noise from the big trucks on Route 30 could be heard at almost any hour of the day.

Room was large,everything you needed was there just a little run down. Bathroom was also large and the water was very hot. Maid service every day was great, you don't get that much anymore. I had a nice time there.

The Inn was close to Lancaster and convenient to every thing, but smelled of smoke, the sink leaked it was old and the sheets were soiled in one of beds. They offer breakfast from 6 to 10 but by 8 AM no one was there and nothing put out. The website and pictures are misleading.

Dirty rooms, the mattress had a huge brown stain on it, there were cockroacheson the floors , and the staff were hard to understand need to tear down and rebuild!

The owner had limited English. Reception area and stairs/corridor were not very clean. The room was very good size with clean comfy beds, except wash basin had constant drip and plug did not work, toilet roll holder was broken and we could not alter air conditioning, also electrics dodgy as plugs did not fit in sockets securely (not good when we had a child in the room). We could not lock door from corridor side, ie: key did not work, therefore anyone could get into the room. We told the owner of these problems but he either did not understand or did not care. No tea/coffee facilities in room and not available in reception except for breakfast and therefore not able to have a hot drink for over 12 hours. Limited breakfast available in very small reception area with nowhere to sit and eat except for a few arm chairs, there was one small table which was covered in boxes (or take it back to room) not ideal. Not a very good or welcoming owner. However hotel situation good and easy to find
