Back entrance
After receiving a text asking us how our stay was (we had only been there and hour or so) I responded that the back entrance door was not working correctly. Then I received a reply, “I apologize for that, I will take a look!” Later that night we checked the outside door. We did not even need a key to let ourselves in. Therefore we did not feel safe. Anyone could have come in so I did not feel secure that night. When we left the next morning, I mentioned it to 4 TRU workers walking in to work. They said it’s been causing problems and needed fixing. I thought, YES, it does for safety reasons. Just shocked it wasn’t a priority for TRU.

Convenient to Sight and SoundThe staff at night was alone but was on top of everything. She was so sweet. The rooms need to be cleaned better. It’s the details that make a place special and be revisited. The lobby furniture needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.

Entrance off of main road is extremely difficult to manage. Island edge needs Hi visibility yellow paint. Hilton needs to urge local Gov. to implement!!! Or install traffic lite… Stay was uneventful, staff courteous, remove fooseball tables, replace w/ couch!!! Thx
