There was one door leading to the outside, which was never locked at the back of the property. A patio umbrella by the pool blew over in the wind and staff did not fix it until the next day. Could have been cleaner.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years now. Probably 6 in total. But the last few years the property, staff and overall vibe has gone downhill. Staff is so robotic. No smiles, no hospitality. The rooms are average. There is a musty smell in the hallways and rooms. The starbucks prices for two hot coffees is ridiculous. 12 dollars for 2 cups of coffee when the reql Starbucks down the street is half the price. The poolside room that we stayed in was infested with ants outside that kept coming in the room. I filled out the pre check in forms to save some time. They were sent to me via text. But when i got there i had to fill out all the forms anyway. So that was pointless. Then checkout consisted of dropping off our room keys and we would be emailed a receipt shortly. Well its 24 hours since checkout and i have yet to get a receipt. I think its time to start staying somehwere else. This hotel has lost its magic.

What I didn’t like was allowing the noise around the pool in the evening. I believe kids were running around after 10:00 PM. No I didn’t call downstairs. On one hand I understand kids will be kids but there was absolutely no supervision. The hotel should shut down the pool at 10;00.

Overall, good
The only complaint I have is when they restocked our bathroom with towels and wash rags each day, they only gave us three towels and two rags; there were two adults and three kids staying there. So every day we had to go to the lobby and ask for more towels and rags.

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend to take our kids to Dutch Wonderland. The pool was perfect, clean, not crowded. Lived that we were able to walk to Dutch Wonderland and other surrounding businesses. The price for 2 nights for the holiday was unbeatable. We will definitely stay at this resort again

Really nice property. Little playground , two pools , inside play area and gameroom. Get drink at pool or order food. Does need more tables to eat at pool.
