Staff friendly. Facilities excellent. Bed and pillows great. They also held our luggage a couple of times when we did trips out from hanoi. A few stairs but also a lift. Felt like we were in the centre of everything, it was so easy to walk wverywhere.

"Really helpful we checked in really early tired from the train and were helped with every request by all staff. We looked at other hotels when we stayed in Lau Cai and were glad we stayed here.
