Good stay with good rate.
Aside from the TV and the hairdryer not working ( it was promptly fixed), it was a good comfortable stay for the night. Room was spacious n clean. Minimal amenities.

When we arrived, the room had a strong stench of dust and foot sweat. This made it a little harder for us to fall asleep. As we proceeded to make our way to the restroom, we noticed cockroaches vacating the room.

If you are just staying overnight it is Ok..
We stayed 3 days and we found a few things that we didn't like for the price we paid. One was that we reserved it about a week before we didn't get the room we requested cause husband is handicap. Two the room lighting was to dim, one light didn't work. the phone wasn't working, no clock, the water in the toilet running to slow. Not enough towels for twins beds, kleenex, toilet paper either. Sorry but the truth is the truth, and we have stayed at this hotel before many times every time we visited Las Cruces NM.

Very friendly people. Nice room but cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired. The breakfast bar needed to be supplied, we had to ask for more of everything.

The room was so dusty. The headboard of the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The fitting bed sheet was not clean. The blankets had stains on them. The towels looked like they were washed in dirty water. And also the fire alarm on the ceiling was missing.

Our room was very good size, king bed with a small table and two chairs, the room had a small fridge, microwave and safe which I think was optional, we did not use it. Our complaints are that the bathroom door did not shut all the way, the towels were a dingy color, did not at all smell like bleach, had to ask for more towels because they looked like they hadn't been washed properly, same goes for the pillows, they smelled old and did not look sanitized, the sheets were practically see-through, so maybe some upgrades would be good. New towels, pillows and sheets. The price was good but could use better linen and towels.

First red flag was you have to be buzzed in and talk through a ring camera. Second red flag was my first room I got was dirty and not even clean. Beds messed up towels and cups everywhere. 3rd and final red flag, I was given a 2nd room and the lights, TV and shower weren't working. When I layed on the bed it was so uncomfortable and I was wondering why it was so hard and plastic. When I look at the mattress it had a bed bug cover on it and upon looking closer the bed bug case was ripped and I saw bed bug feces all over the sheets. I ended up leaving withing an hour of getting my room. Left the key in the room since the lady in front was ignoring me when I said I need a refund through the ring camera. As i was leaving i heard gunshots and a guy running for help. I'll be calling my bank to cancel their deposit and pet fee. Expedia refunded me that night. Place need to be shut down and updated severely. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 30 bucks and get a clean reliable room somewhere else.
