Loved the Desert Rose Resort. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing, clean and with everything you could need for a weeks stay. Very secure resort, need a key card to enter. We arrived very early, but our room was ready, so they checked us in, after check out in our last day, they held our luggage until we left for the airport. The only 2 things of note that were negative, were the elevator was not working for 4 out if our 7 days. Also the Tropicana Resort next door has been demolished, so it is a massive building site, we did however, notice road sweepers driving along very regularly keeping the dust down. The only other thing, which was in no way connected to the Resort, was the preparation for the Grand Prix taking over the city while we were there, obscuring a lot of the strip and surrounding area with scaffolding etc. All in all a wonderful stay.

Great property to stay at! Great location and nice suites! The scent used in the TV area lounge is a very strong scent, smells like “carpet fresh” and is over powering. And scents usually don’t affect me. Again we stayed a couple of times at this resort but we thought there was a washer/dryer in the suites and there isn’t and we don’t like being chased with a sales pitch by the Wyndham company, trying to make a sale

The room was spacious, it was clean. Staff is friendly. The property in general is in good condition and it is relatively close to main attractions. Cons: the rooms are not sound proof, therefore you start to hear noise around 6 am (neighbors, traffic, working sites etc).

If I could have given 6 stars for Staff & Service, I would had. Every employee resonated with core values of kindness, patience, and a level of genuine character I wish all people have. Special shoutout to Sarriah for the positive and invigorating energy she brings to the table! My room was alarmingly large (kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, powder room, and bathroom). I spoke with cohorts who stayed at hotels on the strip, heard their horror stories ($25 bottles of water, pressure plate sensors in rooms that charge you if they’re tripped, roach infestations, the list goes on) and am so thankful for choosing Desert Rose. Their menu is delicious and reasonably priced, albeit limited, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I gave 4 stars for facilities because the men’s public restroom was out of order and I REALLY had to go. Ended up pittling myself a little before reaching my room. Shrug. Oh well, that’s life. Otherwise, everything was immaculately clean. The decorum was slightly dated but in a chic and tasteful way. Plus, everything was well kept. Highly highly highly recommend. The value and level of care Desert Rose provides is well worth the extra half mile walk to the Vegas Strip.

Would Stay Again, but avoid the time share clowns.
Upgraded to a 2 bdr which was nice, if not needed. Exceptionally clean and outfitted. Very comfortable bed. My only complaint was being detained after checking in by 2 men offering 'discounts' which was an attempt to showcase time shares. Even after repeatedly stating I was not interested, they kept pushing. My husband had to intervene.

I liked the property itself. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. I didnt like the location and the walk to the monorail or other casinos. Dark alleyways and deserted streets gave me an uncomfortable feeling.

Monique was absolutely Amazing at the desk and as our bartender. Pool, grills and fire pits were clean, accessible, and lovely to be in and around. Hot tub was great!!! Bed ,and pillows VERY comfy!!! Would stay again and highly recommend!!!

Both my husband and I think this property is wonderful. Fast check in , clean , quiet, easy to park and get too. Safe . Love the kitchen. Equipped well. Such a great place.
