A really comfortable and nicely designed room. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Prahran Market and Greville Street, as well as a stroll down to Toorak Road. Definitely will stay here again.

Loved the quirky art filled spaces, the room was a very good size, with a small sofa so somewhere to sit other than bed or desk chair. First time staying in a property outside of Melbourne CBD, good location opposite Prahan market. Large room with kitchenette, unfortunately we were in a balcony room on the first floor which was still a little noisy. Comfortable bed.

The sheets didn't fit the bed and the pillows were so bad it affected my sleep. No room service due to restaurant being renovated but only informed when we arrived. This was a very disappointing hotel. It is definitely not cheap but wanted to treat my daughter and I to something a bit different. I also chose this hotel as there was a restaurant, bar and breakfast all within the property which is very important to me as I have a mobility issue so can’t walk far. On arrival we were told the restaurant was closed for renovations, so no dinner, no drinks and no breakfast. There was nothing online letting you know this or I would obviously have booked elsewhere. We ended up having to get Uber eats. Our stay was for three nights but left after one, I was refunded two nights but think I should have been refunded for all three as I then had to find somewhere else to stay, pack up and move. I hate complaining but this was very disappointing.
