A joke !
The front desk was rude to us when checking in. They told me I couldn’t use my wife’s card without her being present. But then took my moms card when it my dads name on it. It was because we aren’t gay!! We will never stay here again! And we will let everyone know to not stay here. You are a joke!!

In general, it’s a good deal for the price, cleanliness and its free parking. The room is clean but the mattress is too soft. The location is ok, walking distance to Cesar Place within 15 mins.

I had an early flight. The gentleman at the front desk helped me with my bags, saw that I was limping and made sure I got a room on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the casino was under construction, it was nice.

The parking was very easy and convenient. The hotel was close by the strip and very walkable. The hotel is clean but very old. The bed and pillows are lumpy. Lots of construction noise going on even thru the middle of the night.

The roads around the property were under repair. They were also cleaning up from the Las Vegas race on lots around the hotel. Detours were in place. They started working at 7 A.M. and trucks and tractors were beeping constantly. The beeping was the worst part of staying at Ellis Island.

Dated but good for short stays
Quick stay to fly out the next morning. The traffic pattern because of F1 was a hassle although that’s not the hotel’s fault. We’ve stayed here often because it’s close and easy to get to the airport.
