It was a fantastic stay! Diane definitely made the whole stay for us extremely enjoyable and it was truly a pleasant experience staying there! The room was spacious, and extremely clean. Beautiful views of lake mead and i highly recommend!

Terrrrrrible, dirty windows in the lake view room, with only seeing a smidge of the lake if you look out the corner of the window. The heater/ac unit sounded like it was going to fall of the wall and shook the entire room. Had to use it because it was freezing. The place absolutely does not look renovated. Don’t stay heree

The hotel room was very outdated and it took 3 tries to find a room due to issues. The lobby and casino area were nice. Food choices were very limited, especially if you have kids with you. The staff were so kind and friendly! They are the best part of the hotel and casinos!

Staff was phenomenal and easy to get along with. Overall it was a decent stay. Beds need to updated or fixed. Beds were not comfortable at all. WiFi needs some help. Bath and showers need update.
