we asked for no stairs. Had to go down 6-7 to our room, difficult for physical limitations. Would check no one in till 3, so a long line-then each person took 15 minutes. Only 3 little tables in the small room breakfast was served in, so could not use most of the hours it was served. Most meager breakfast we've ever had in a motel. Could go on and on

I have never left a review on a hotel before however I feel people should know not to stay here. The outside parking lot was completely dirty. Trash can overflowing. The guy at the front desk took 20 minutes to check us in and there was nobody else in line. Our door to the room was opened when we went up to it. The room smelled. It was very noisy from people above. The biggest problem was our AC did not work. We were told there were no other rooms and that the window opened if we wanted to open it. There was a ladder outside of our window which seemed very creepy and the unsafe. They had a “breakfast room” which was a regular room they converted to this “breakfast room” which was completely crammed with 20 people trying to get food. None of the juice machines worked. I grabbed something pre packaged as I did not trust the food from this place. Do not stay here!!

A decent option for a quiet night part waybtyrough mountsin biking the Colorado Trail - bicycles in rooms was fine, though we did gave to carry up couple of flights of stairs (if your bikes are very muddy, then you may be asked to use the farcwashfacility next door). Interior of hotel a little tired but functional & generally clean. Nearest groceries / take out is about 1 mile

Very Old School Hotel Stay
This hotel is very old school but Leadville is so small there are not many to choose from and this may have been one of the better ones we could find in the area. Surprisingly clean but the rooms feel old and tired. Our lock did not work because the battery was dead so anytime we had to be let into our office we had to wait for the manager with a physical key to get us in

Photos of the property while booking misguided me on the true condition of the property. The price I paid was not completely worth this property. There was a weird smell in the room that did not go away even after I opened the window for hours. Nothing on the property has been updated for a very very long time.

This is a basic place good for a night before a hike. Checking in was slow but attendant was nice. Room was sprayed with chemicals to cover the smoke.

Checking in a lady was irritated and leaving absolutely no Ck in before 3 found out later they only had one lady doing laundry and room cleaning,all the soda machines were broken, the toilet in the room was like a bucking horse , there was what looked like Bodily Fluids dripped on the edge of the chair and when we checked in a guy that looked like an ompa- loompa from Jonny deeps movie was watching an aribic news channel that I saw had death to America signs on the tv sure would like some compensation

Price was too high for what they offer
It was just old and a little sketchy. The room it self was clean. Breakfast was non existent. No snacks, no sodas in the vending machine. No water minus sink water. $195 was extremely steep for not a single thing to make your stay comfortable. No conditioner either. Towels were big and nice. They act like we were staying in a Hilton for their price. No English was spoken either. It was just kinda a hot mess express.

What a dump. Arrived and the parking lot was full of large work trucks. Got to the reception to check in only to find that the card lock on our room didn’t work so the guy had to let us in. Then we found the A/c didn’t work. Then went for dinner and got back to find the guy taking a personal call and despite noticing us didn’t get up to take us back to our room to unlock it, breakfast was worse than the normal fair with everything pre packaged incl. the milk. Not cheap either. Don’t waste your money.
