Great Condo for a couple!
This condo was a great fit for us for our visit to Kauai, we were there for 2 weeks and it was a really good central location for us to tour all areas of the island. Had all the immenities we needed for our stay. The buildings are older, but this unit was well maintained. Close access to the beach, close access to the BBQ cooking area, and access to the pool and hot tub were nice treats.

We loved our stay at the Kauai Beach Villas! It would have been great to know about some of the available beach equipment (snorkels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, etc) beforehand. But overall it was wonderful!

Quiet and Relaxing
We enjoyed our stay and found it to be a very laid-back atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the welcoming drive with the gorgeous cathedral of trees. The convenience to the beach was a real perk plus the lovely paths onsite. The local chickens provided free entertainment. We would gladly stay here again.

Great Location
This was a perfect place to stay for activities both north and south of Lihue. The hotel/villa complex was amazingly peaceful and quiet given its size - the most constant noise coming from the ocean and resident chickens. It was nice to have access to the beach, hotel pools, restaurant and grill - all within a short walk. Having a full kitchen and laundry in the unit was a real plus for our week-long stay. While the unit had some condition issues (noisy refrigerator, difficult sliding screen door), they were not detrimental to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast on the balcony in the early morning sun was a delight!

Perfect location!
Robert’s condo was as great in person as the pictures showed!!! The AC in the bedroom was more than enough to keep us cool at night! Great breeze coming in through sliding glass doors when we were there. The blinds kept the sun out when we were gone. It was fantastic to have a washer/dryer in the unit!! We had some important things fall out of my husband’s wallet in the unit. We contacted Robert, who put us in touch with his cleaning team, and they sent it to our home!!! We are so grateful! I would definitely stay again!!

Amazing property! A hidden gem. It had everything we needed more! Loved the beach accessories. We felt right at home immediately. The place was beautifully decorated and I appreciated all the little Hawaiian details. Having a washer n dryer was great. The resort was also really nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi at night. The condo is centrally located on the island so we were able to explore the north and south sides easily. I look forward to returning to this place again in the future.

Nice Quiet Place
The best stocked condo we have stayed at. Nice quiet resort. You will need a car but is centrally located on the island and close to the airport. The only reason we did not give a 5 star overall rating is because the air conditioner is a little noisy but you get used to it. Would absolutely return again . This was our second time. The owner was very accommodating.

I’m a snow bird and I travel alone. This sweet condo is one of my favorite places on the island. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and affordable. Best of all I can walk for miles on a lovely, secluded beach in paradise!

Fabulous honeymoon stay!!
My husband and I can’t say enough great things about our trip to Kauai! We loved how this spot was located almost perfectly in the middle between poipu and Princeville! And just a short walk to the beach! The condo in itself was nice and clean. It came stocked with linens and towels and it has a stacked washer and dryer that came in handy! It also had a blow dryer, some boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and much more that was so nice to be able to use since you can’t fly with that stuff! All I have to say is, if you’re looking to vacation in Kauai, this is the condo for you!

Very good location. Easily access the southwest shores and the north shores. Easy beach access, a little rockier shore line but great views. Some of the resort amenities are starting to show their age but overall a great place to stay. Thank you so much!

Was wonerful. So glad this was are second stop because we would have been dissappointed with our fist stop! Everythig was great, enjoyed the pool, and some of the other resort ammenities. Kitchen was fully stocked! Kept finding suprises, rice maker Blender, even basic spices! Used the great BBQ's twice for steaks and then shrimp. Walmart & Costo were not far. I would recommend this to anyone for there stay in Kauai. Thanks Robert for being a great host! Your prompt reply's to a couple questions was appreciated!

We got to the condo a little after 4 PM & was startled to find the door unlocked & opened. We stepped in & found a lady in there turning on fans/windows because the AC was not working & wanted to air out the place. Nice, but this was the first time we heard of the AC being out, & it sounded like it had been out for a couple of days. The repair company was supposed to be there that AM to fix it, but didn't show. It would have been nice/professional, for Robert to have contacted us about this. He asked for my cell number, so he had access to that to give us a heads up that the AC was out. The lady that was there (cleaning lady), said that the other cleaning lady would be by shortly with a temporary AC. Her number was left, so about 7 PM I texted her to see when the AC would be delivered. It was delivered after 9 PM. She assured us that the AC repair company would be out in a day or two. We were there for 7 days. We never heard a word from anyone. The temporary AC worked well enough to keep us comfortable, but was LOUD. Point being, Robert never reached out to us to check on the problem, make sure that we were comfortable, update us, etc. The place was nice enough. It definitely needs a makeover. I get that island weather is rough on places. There was a lot of chipped and patched up paint, many of the decor was very cheep, the AC was broken, the microwave was broken & another was on the counter. We dumped the dehumidifier 3+ times a day. The furniture was comfortable.

Cute Condo!
Nice little condo for 2. The location was great and having access to the resort was very nice. Condo was nice and clean and just as listed. The ceiling fan wasn’t working in the bedroom, but having air conditioning in the room made up for it. There were beach chairs and towels for us to use. Checking in and out was very easy. Robert was easy to communicate with and gave us a tip on rental cars. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Fantastic accomodation and location
This unit is awesome. It’s part of the lager Kauai Beach Resort complex but in the Villas section. So that means you have access to all of the resort facilities including a beach. The unit is clean and heaps better than the photos. It has a full kitchen, huge bedroom and comfortable lounge and balcony for drying wet towels and shoes at the end of the day. There’s lots of free parking and a laundry also inside the unit which I appreciated so much. Staying in Lihue is a great spot especially if you’re a first timer to the island as it’s between the north and south and therefore easy to get to both parts of the island if that’s what your plan is. You can easily spend all day at the resort and unit as it has everything you need including pools, spas and restaurants or go out. I was sad to leave! Robert and the housekeeper were very accommodating to my arrival.
