Poor customer service
Everything was fine, check-in was great. Today, at checkout, I had a 7am flight, I went to the front at 5am to check out. The young man at the desk did not even acknowledge my presence, never looked up from his computer screen. My Uber was approaching so I left the key at the desk and left...a sad ending to a very nice hotel stay. That young man needs more training or should consider a different line of work if he has no concept of how to treat a customer.

Great stay! This place is really a great deal. I was not expecting such great quality and service. The check-in was quick and friendly staff. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed 13th floor with a view. Location is the middle of everything in Miraflores. Two block walk to outdoor mall with good restaurants. Beach also close. Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent, room was clean, decent bedding, property was clean, walkable distance to restaurant and Larcomar shopping center. Only wished they had provided hand towels
