The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, our room didn't seem ready at all. Walked in and the toilet seat was up with pee and paper still in it. The toilet bowl was dirty, someone else's food was still in the fridge and the ottomon was really (really) gross. I took photos to show staff but apparently they couldn't issue a refund because we had booked through Expedia. So when we booked tonight, we bypassed Expedia and went direct to the hotel site. We paid over $200 for a room that wasn't clean. We're disappointed in the room but the staff was very kind.

The room was not clean, walls were covered with dust, pet urine had soaked in and warped the dresser, and corners of the bathroom were gross. The outside sidewalk is in poor condition. With that said people were nice, bed was comfortable, and the restaurant is amazing.

The property was VERY old and dated. It looked nothing like the photos online. I bet the furniture had not been replaced since 1975. The couch was so old, you could not even sit on it or you would fall into the sofabed. The carpet was old and worn, as was the entire property. This property is the worst and not indicative of Country Inn and Suites brand.

We have stayed here several times on our trips west. The staff and service are always congenial and helpful. Breakfast has a good selection of foods. The rooms are clean. We like that there’s a restaurant attached.
