The rooms were aged and the beds were supposed to be queen but were a double. Breakfast was good ans lots of variety. The motel in need of an upgrade and sounds like on the new year they are slated for a massive upgrade

The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and friendly. It is a basic hotel which met our needs. The bed pillows were quite small. The toilet would flush completely only if the handle was held down for a prolonged time. The placement of the room in front of a public door led to a lot of noise each time a guest used it to gain entry to the hallway to the 2nd floor. Not an ideal hotel if a person has a lot of items to carry, etc as there is no elevator.

The walls are paper thin, in bed I could hear conversations clearly from the next room beside me. The front doors of the rooms are loud when they close so all night I kept waking up as the sound reverberates down the hallway with people returning late to their rooms. Staff was excellent and accommodating but the building is a cheap build. I don't recommend.

Room wasn’t clean and is in need of an update. Strong smell of being smoked in despite signs to the contrary. Walls are thin and you can hear what your neighbours are up to. AC was noisy & inefficient. We left as soon as we were able. I guess you get what you pay for.

Close distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Didnt like being charged US money for stay in a Canadian motel . Never told this at booking Payment on credit card above what I was told. Told total for room would be 113.00 charged 157.10 This is fraud I will be looking for my refund

German Cockroaches
Comfort Inn - London No heater/air conditioner No fridge, table light burnt out, carpets not vacummumed even after room was made up, killed two German cockroaches. The first night one went behind the headboard and the next morning I found it and killed it the following morning there was another one in the shower which I caught and put into a clear cup. Curtains would not close properly on the windows. One dresser drawer would not shut flush against the cabinet and stuck out. Asked for another room which they did. 2nd room had a heater and air conditioner, a fridge but the carpets were dirty as well. I was in that room for three days and nobody came in to clean it. Over the course of the whole week, a room was only cleaned once. I was in London for my sister‘s cancer surgery and the condition of this hotel made things worse. This place is such a dive.
