I absolutely loved the view. I wish we could have stayed longer. It made me really want to return. Even on a soggy, windy evening there was something positively magical about the 15th floor hotel room that evening. Not sure if it was the deep quiet despite the horrid weather or the warmth of the room or the picturesque houses on the hillside out the window but I slept like the dead and thoroughly enjoyed the super hot shower too. No luke warm trickle of shower here! Next time I’m definitely going wake early enough for the buffet.

Sadly booking through a third party booking service clearly put us into a low priority category as our room was very average. The bed had a huge dip in the middle. The coffee facilities were literally in the wardrobe. There was a huge gap under the door so noise floated around the corridors freely. The shower had a smelly dirty curtain. It was a rather unpleasant stay.
