It was ok. Good location. Checkout was 11am yet I had a phone call at 10.56am to remind me of this. I don't think guests should be bothered while they're rushing to leave. Fair enough if it was after 11am but not before. Also an alarm went off at 7.30am and woke us up, hence us sleeping in a bit later than we wanted. There was no apology for this.

Rubbish service, nearly rude front office staff. Leaky roof was ignored, noise and damp kept me up. Bed old, mattress tired. Bathroom meh: shower in the bath and poor controls don't help. Honestly, very underwhelming.

Staff were excellent. Room was a little tired. Room chair was verging on breaking, curtains were ripped, bathroom should signs of age and could have been cleaner. The 2 double beds was excellent for our twin room. Overall stay ok, however probably not worth the money.

Lovely large room with spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. Loved the location. Easy walk to the tube, around the corner from the British Museum and close to Covent Garden.

I paid extra for a larger room and they put me in a basement with limited natural light, but were kind enough to move me. A really nice room. TV really rubbish. A/C good. Quiet. Really limited dining or breakfast options. Location good for Piccadilly line, British Museum and walking to Covent Garden. I would stay again just because the rooms are a good size
