Singapore Holiday Packages

Reception Staff needs to be properly train in welcoming guests. I don”t feel like welcome as the staff reaction was so cool. Might as well replace them with machine or robot.

The entrance light inside the room was not working. I didn't bother to complain because its only 1 night stay. Also I thought when I choose deluxe plus, I am getting better view compare with the standard one Apparently my room view was facing the next building with no view at all

Greeted by friendly lovely staff members who offered me their desk fan when I was feeling the heat while checking in. Love this beautiful hotel and they have accommodated my request for a higher floor and quiet room which is so quiet I slept very well throughout my 7 nights stay. The bed is so comfy and my room is just lovely and I got a sense of zen when I first walked in. Their iPad is a little fiddly to start with but once you get the gist of it, it was great and I was able to sign into my Netflix account to watch my fave shows and YouTube to listen to music while getting ready. My bathroom is a little tiny, would have given it a 5 star if it’s a little bigger for that price plus the air conditioning needs to be better throughout the hotel and especially the lifts and reception areas. We stayed at Pan Pacific in June 2024. The place is stunning for the price. We had a medical emergency and the staff went over and beyond even after the emergency to assist us. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel and service were impressive
