This was an absolutely charming property for this price point. We stayed in another a block away that was truly awful ensuring we really appreciated this one! The room was clean and spacious enough for a 3 day stay, and it had a lovely outlook. The staff were great.

The Hotel was very clean, being from the US we are somewhat spoiled. And this hotel met our expectations on cleanliness and overall service. They had a continental breakfast, which looked good, but we never got a chance to try it. They offer late check out, huge win and offered to hold our bags. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared. They even offered to help with bags. Great overall experience.

Property was well located and walkable to and from Paddington or Baywater stations. Rooms were decent, but the hotel did not have an elevator so our bags were brought up to our rooms. Staff were kind and helpful, and continental breakfast offered with the room was good.

Worse night ever
We booked a twin room but on arrival we were allocated a family room which was larger. Great we thought!!!! But this was in the basement, which was very hot, no view, couldn't open the window and we were kept awake all night by loud footsteps and what sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor above us and this continued until breakfast. We had the worse night ever, ridiculous.!!! We don't know if it was the kitchen above us, we did ask but they avoided the question. The breakfast was very poor, no fruit. They had down-graded us from the room we originally booked. We would never book this hotel again.

Moved to another hotel without warning
I cannot properly rate this hotel because when we turned up for our room they informed us there was no hot water and they had moved us to a hotel down the road. We had not been contacted or consulted prior to arrival and felt at 4.30 in the afternoon we had little choice but to go to the The Central Park Hotel. The room we were given had 3 single beds instead of the double and single we had booked. Scaffolding all over the building so that you couldn't see out the window. Overhead lighting so dim I had to use my phone light for my makeup. Walls were so paper thin you could hear every word spoken in both rooms either side. Tiny bathroom and overall square footage of the room was less than what we had originaly booked. Yes, we were given breakfast to make up for it but we purposely hadnt booked it when we were choosing the Hyde Park Boutique because we went out for breakfast the first morning anyway. They should have contacted us, to give us the option to cancel instead of send us to their sister hotel. The hotel we ended up in was not what we would have wanted

I wish we would stay here more as the place is spotless and close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. For travelers coming from Heathrow this is a great spot as the Elisabeth Line 11 min away.

We stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the bathroom needs some upgrading. The breakfast was decent and the young lady who took care of the tables was very nice efficient. The hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, and most importantly, close to one of the tube stations. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again :)

Our stay was short due to train and flight times. Room was comfortable for our family of four. Kids had their own bed each and we had ample space for luggage. Was nice to have the option for a continental breakfast at the property.

The room was huge, which was great for my 3 daughters and who were on a 10 day 4 country adventure. We were able to open our suitcases and still had plenty of room to walk around. The location was quiet. It was a little further from the sights we wanted to see.

A lovely, inexpensive boutique hotel in a charming London neighborhood. Near Hyde Park, Bayswater Tube, and Paddington train station, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The hotel is clean, well-kept, and moderately priced - a terrific value. Kuldeep and MK were very helpful. I needed to print documents and store luggage, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this spot.
