I thought the staff and their customer service was great, however I didn’t rate the bathroom which was extremely small, water pressure was good though. The bed was not comfy, there was only one main light. And no breakfast was provided even though we had paid for it.

You get what you pay for
Pros: Location - Very central to Auckland CBD, walk to the Skytower, water, and museums with ease (well, barring Auckland's hills). Staff - They were very accommodating and helpful, quick with service and questions. Price - For the area, it is very reasonable. Cons: Room setup - the room (single bed studio) was very small, like hard to walk when your suitcase is open small. The closet is three feet off the ground and the clothes bar 6 feet off the ground, so hope you don't need the closet if you're short. The bathroom is a bit bigger than a plane bathroom, but not much more. Everything will get wet when you take a shower. I guess not a problem that there was no soap for the sink, the 3-in-1 shampoo is just a foot to the left. Does have stovetop (didn't use) and mini fridge, I tried the microwave and it seemed stuck on easy bake mode, didn't do anything. Room condition: In addition to the physical setup of the room, the condition left things to be desired. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean, but beyond that...no AC, just a fan. Crusty/rusty in places, thin spots in the blackout curtains. Generally just old and not the best kept up.

The property is very well located. However, it had absolutely NO kitchen equipment. I had to ask at the front desk and was very grudgingly given a small plate and knife. There was nothing to wash up with in the room. It is not a studio - you could live in a studio! The shower is in the same space as the toilet - wet room toilet - and the sink is too small to wash anything other than your hands, you couldn't shave at the sink
