The room was very cosy and comfortable. Clean and with acceptable facilities for the price. The only negative was the noise - which is out of the hotel's control tbh - outside. It sounded like some kids were trapped in a car in the carpark the first night, and then some dude was singing at the top of his lungs for hours outside somewhere the next! Otherwise a very pleasant comfortable stay.

Tv didn’t work. No shelf in shower to put your products. Shower drenches the whole bathroom floor. Wifi isnt unlimited. Its ok for a night and if your not going to be in your room much

The lane that the parking is on was not SIGNED. so going there was a guess. Making it a bit stressful for someone out of town. Also with the over night parking, it wasnt clearly stated, DO NOT PARK IN RESERVED PARKS OR THE 4 HOUR PARKING, Choose a park that has no sign. Property was close to queen street, staff were polite. Tidy. Not fancy, warm,safe, clean, dry.

'Interesting' room but was only for a night so wasn't too big a deal. The gentleman that was around at 12.30am was so helpful and very accomodating which made the stay worth while. Cheap stay. Get what you pay for :)

Tiny, old and needs a serious reno (or knockdown). One night we were descending in the lift from the 14th floor when at floor 9 the lift jerked and got stuck between floors. When I pushed the emergency button it restarted and we continued to the ground floor. Cost us $60 for 2 X nights parking next door with the hotel's discount. We had a 1mtr X 1mtr "smoking platform" outside the room.

It was cheap and clean. Toilet was kind of small like an aeroplane, has the shower and toilet all in one. It worked for a short stay and it was nice to have a "Homebase". Staff stored our bag for us even after checkout which is super helpful.

- upon arrival to room bed looked like it had been laid in. As I arrived at 1:00am the next day after a delayed flight I just wanted to go to bed. - only 1 lift working on check out, taking 48mins to get from lvl 17 to the ground floor - milk packets opened and used in room On arrival to room
