Super conveniently located across the road from Kings Cross St Pancras in London, it was a little tricky to find initially as the entrance around the corner from the main road address. It would have been nice to know that the hotel has stairs everywhere; out the front, to access the lift to the room). This made navigating with my heavy suitcase challenging. Overall, it was a good place to stay ahead of our early train from St Pancras International and while it is very basic accommodation, the view of Kings Cross St Pancras was pretty magical.

Easy check in, ability to leave bags if you arrive early so you don’t have to drag them around the city. The room is comfortable with a beautiful view of St Pancras/Kings Cross

Elevator only goes to 3rd floor. I’d like me you are on 4th it somehow requires you go up 1 1/2 flights of stairs. In addition to get to elevator you have to go down a 1/2 flight of stairs so when everyone you leave you have to go up the same 1/2 flight. Staff are rude and barely helpful. To be honest I would never stay here again.

Nice hotel, rude staff!
Staff at the front counter when I checked in, was extremely rude. Too busy on his phone, couldn’t be bothered to help. Could hardly understand him and he wouldn’t speak up. Very rude. Bed was uncomfortable. Won’t get my business if they’re okay with their staff being rude. Completely unacceptable

Just for one night
This is a hotel just for one night. Our room was between 2nd and 3rd floor, very uncomfortable if you are traveling with suitcases. The thing that bother me the most were the room doors. These were adjusted to be closed as hard as they can, so you can’t sleep at night because of the slamming doors. The good thing about the room is the cleanness and confortable beds and sheets.
