Super conveniently located across the road from Kings Cross St Pancras in London, it was a little tricky to find initially as the entrance around the corner from the main road address. It would have been nice to know that the hotel has stairs everywhere; out the front, to access the lift to the room). This made navigating with my heavy suitcase challenging. Overall, it was a good place to stay ahead of our early train from St Pancras International and while it is very basic accommodation, the view of Kings Cross St Pancras was pretty magical.

If you need a simple clean place to sleep before a voyage on the st pancreas international train, then this is your hotel. Nothing special. Bed wasn’t comfortable and the toiletries did not smell good.

Stayed here for 1 night. Hotel was adequate for our needs but room needed some tlc. The mattress and bedding were old, worn and uncomfortable. Hotel advertises having a bar and restaurant on site, this is not actually true, access to the restaurant is outside of the hotel and around the corner! I would not consider this a bar in any way, shape or form. We like to have a nightcap after a day/night walking and exploring a City, so this was very inconvenient for us. The receptionist was not at all welcoming when we checked in, no smile, minimal conversation that was barely audible. New bedding and friendlier staff would go a long way to making this place better. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is fabulous for exploring London or if you are getting a train from Kings Cross/St Pancras whether travelling internationally or otherwise.

Would highly recommend not to stay at this hotel. The service was not good well there was no service. If there was they were rude and took forever to serve. There was no hot water to shower. Mould in room. Unsafe area to stay especially with the next door residence.

Not bad for the price
When reviewing this hotel you have to take into account how much you paid, having said that the basic of a mattress being of a minimum standard is required. They were very thin and lumpy. We stayed in the basement where they have blacked out the window and had to pass through what we assumed was the service corridor to get in and out. Bags of laundry and doors open with not the best of aromas. Noisy off trains but once asleep they didnt disturb us. No lifts to basement so two small tight staicases to carry suitcases up and down. The room was quite worn in places but the cleanliness to us is more important which was quite good. We would use again but maybe after we'd tried a few other places to book first. Only saw reception staff who really do need a course on customer interaction.

Great location close to Kings Cross. Nice enough room. Was surprised to be asked for a £100 deposit ehich should be better advertised on here. When i asked when i would get it back was tild about a week if paying by card or upon checking out if in cash. Theres an ATM right outside so not an issue. However when checking out the manager at the front desk was not the friendliest when I requested my deposit.

Poorly advertised. Would not stay here again. Only conscience is how close the inn is to the train station. People stood outside our window all evening making it challenging to relax and sleep. When arriving to the inn the they required a $100 deposit and when asked if it would be refunded the person at the desk made me feel uneasy about getting that money back.
