This was our first stay here, and the Parklane people looked after us very well. Any time anything needed attention, they showed up promptly and fixed it. The flat was comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils. Did not test the air con because opening the windows was good enough. We figured out the washing machine but not the coffee maker. Location near Green Park made it very easy to get to most places by public transport. One alert: if you turn the key the wrong way after unlocking the door, you can find yourself locked in. Once we were rescued and educated about the procedure, we had no problems, but this should be mentioned on checkin. Great place for a longer stay, although some drawers would be appreciated. I don't think most people stay as long as we did. We'd certainly stay again.

The apartment is very old and not maintained well. The bathroom door was not closing. The safe box didn’t open and we called property manager to get it fixed but nobody showed up. The elevator got broken the second day of our stay and we had to climb the stairs 3 floors with 3 kids and stroller. They told us they will send someone to help us with our luggage on the check out day since there was no elevator but no one came. The location was great it was walking distance to all attractions and subway but the apartment itself was not the best.

Apartment was clean and had most necessary comforts - but it did not have certain working amenities that were promised in the listing. The freezer did not function nor did the washer/dryer which was a major reason for our picking this listing. Furthermore there is no gym on site as listed. Communication was spotty in the beginning but improved. Location was superb and the space was nice; just some room to improve.

The building is having some renovations and got people working on the apartment either the one next to mine or the one below but it was too loud. They had loud construction equipment and doing repairs at 7 am .

Appalling after care service. Apartment is ok but be aware there is no reception. You check in at another property, paying some guy with a card machine. Since leaving I have telephoned and sent text messages requesting a VAT invoice but have had no reply. This was requested when I checked in.

I didn’t realize this was essentially a VRBO unit when I booked on Expedia and had expected more of a hotel experience. The host did not meet us on site as advertised. The building is under construction so the lift was not functional and we had a lot of loud, aggregating noise outside our door every morning (I wasn’t notified of this prior to booking). We didn’t realize there were light switches to turn on the stairwell lights, so we lugged all of our suitcases up two flights of stairs in the dark. The apartment itself was ok and location was very convenient, but knowing what I know now, I would not have chosen this place.

Four of us shared this flat and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't have been better - close to attractions, shopping, busses, trains, and more. There was even a market around the corner to pick up food and drinks so we didn't have to eat out as much. We ended up extending our stay here because we enjoyed it so much.

The property was in the best location for first time travelers to London. It’s very easy to get to transportation and you are in a very quiet, safe area. Grocery store right down the street, tons of restaurants, and pubs near by. Communication was great and apartment was very clean. Highly recommend!
