The only nick I gave was for the construction right outside our windows. We understand that is beyond the hotels control. But maybe don't put anyone in 1st floor rooms that face the construction next time? The room was very comfortable and the staff was always very helpful!

Location is great for this hotel. The Victoria station is literally a block away (2min walk) from this hotel. You can get a lot of options from Victoria in different directions within the city and countryside as well. The Buckingham Palace is 10-15min walk from the hotel.

Comfortably family stay with excellent service.
From the very start the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight and they let us check in early which was so helpful as my son was very tired. We were given bottles of water which we appreciated with the warm weather and our room was plenty big enough. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It was really conveniently located with a quick walk to victoria ststion, theatres restaurants and only ten min walk to buckingham palace and museums.
