We were shocked and disappointed that the hotel bar closed each night at 2230! Several other guests said the same. A 5* hotel in Leicester Square with no residents bar to relax in when returning from the theatre is appalling and we will not return along with many others. Room service was available but not the same. Check before you book!

In the heart of Piccadilly Circus (like staying in Times Sq. NY). Walking distance to theaters, restaurants and shopping. Not quiet but convenient. Hotel was excellent.
