It seems the hotel was built without considering how many elevators were needed. There are only two elevators for a building that should have at least four. They seem to be aware about this since they have a joke about it posted in the elevator and a message painted on the wall outside the ground floor saying that it’s healthy for you to take the stairs.
I was unable to control the climate in the room my entire stay. When I asked for help, I was met with a blank stare from the man who came to my room and he told me the room was too hot. I asked for instruction on how to use the controls and he just turned the temperature down but didn’t show me how to control things like the air exchange. The room became cold which I couldn’t control, and always smelled musty. I had an accessible room which had plenty of space, but the placement of outlets for things like using a hairdryer or curling iron were nowhere near a mirror.
The rest of the staff were very kind and helpful otherwise.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.
