Large rooms with remodeled bathrooms, convenient location, very nice hotel. The only complaints we had were that the room had difficulty cooling off and the pillows were lumpy.

Unbeatable location next to the underground, a train station (charing cross) and a bus stop, ten minute walk to the Big Ben along the Thames. Never slept better. Huge bed, larger than king size super comfortable mattress in a silent and dark room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the food in their beautiful restaurant overlooking the city. Would give it six stars if I could!

In the middle of the London hustle bustle, so a very busy area but also convenient to get to most London attractions. Stone's throw from Trafalgar square. We loved staying here

The staff was very helpful and made us feel most welcome. I’m not real familiar with the Uber app and the ladies at the desk were wonderful about helping me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amazing location! Everything you want or need is within walking distance from tourist stops, restaurants, stores, and train stations. Very beautiful and comfortable. Complimentary snacks and drinks are a bonus! Lots of outlets and plugs for chargers as well.

the staff were very nice but some of them were really nasty. The big problem for us what the false advetisiting which claimed that this hotel was good for families because it had a laundry service but it does not!!! And the staff know very well about this false claim in Expedia but they simply dont care!
