This property was in the midst of construction. Unfortunately they did not bother to share that information until we were already checked in and paid. We were in town for our nephews memorial service. We spent the evening at his parent’s house. Came back to the hotel to find the parking lot blocked off and zero parking spaces. Also all entrance's had construction happening so getting luggage in was a nightmare. We ended up leaving a day early due to the issues. Also it stunk and they made us keep our stuff on the bed for carpet cleaning. I understand maintenance is needed and I appreciate that. I would suggest letting people know prior to booking and arriving to a closed parking lot.

Massive overhaul. Workers were not cordial. Had to call front desk 3 times for linens and one for tv repair and one for follow up. Was told that tvs are being updated so no recourse. Called again said it might be battery and i would have to pick up. Also not enoufh linerns for 2nd bed. I had to trek and get. No coutesy extend. I have been comi g here over 10 years and this is the worst experience i have had. Bath area was recleaned by me also. Just not a great experience as i have co e to expext. Will not be booki g again.

Renovations and carpet cleaning
During our stay they were doing renovations and carpet cleaning. Would have appreciated being told this prior to us coming, so we have the option of choosing to stay there or not. Both days we were there we had to pack up our stuff and place everything on the bed for them to possibly come in to clean carpet. I normally do not like having people in my room if I am only staying for a short period of time, so this was another inconvenience for us.

Very Well Worth It
Staff at check in was friendly, breakfast was great, comfort of beds was more than expected. Bathroom amenities were above average, blow-dryer is the best hotel dryer I've used, and the coffee is definitely better than most hotels I've stayed in. Will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
