The staff was very friendly. Everybody was eager to help you. When you had a question, I've had a great experience. I'd recommend anybody to go to this resort.

The hotel and hospitality was great, however during my stay there was remodeling going on so it wasn’t very peaceful besides that everyone was so lovely and friendly. As of restaurants we went to go eat at one of the restaurants (el molino) inside the hotel for breakfast and their was a fly inside my husband drink, the second time the drink was at room temperature. Overall I do recommend this hotel if you want to stay at a nice hotel ( when their not doing construction)

Love this Hotel! Service and entertainment are amazing! Food is delicious! Drinks are great too. Some construction happening, but not an issue for us.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations so we couldn’t use the waterpark. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The transportation is great if you book excursions from the hotel. There are supermarkets and stores in walking distance but we didn’t have time to explore the area. The grill house and the French restaurant are excellent. It’s really kids and family friendly with lots of hotel activities. I would recommend this resort if anyone is interested in Los Cabos area.

This resort was gorgeous. The staff were always attentive and very helpful. Also the most polite and courteous hotel staff I've ever experienced. The resort was well maintained and beautiful. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this location for vacation.

Wonderful experience. Very nice view of the resort and the beach. Great food, great drinks. The beef was a downer, very chewy and tough. Staffs were very friendly and wonderful. Overall, great experience.

We had an enjoyable experience. Overall, the resort was nice. One bad thing was that we were there during the construction and renovation time, so it was loud and noisy. One very disappointing part was the beef, all of the beef cuts there was very tough. Particularly the teppanyaki, which the beef was the main course, but was very tough and chewy. Other than that, everything else was great.

The construction limited access to the gym. Elevators often seemed inadequate as many stopped working thruout our stay. Gym had a few machines not working propeely and no leg press or deadlift equipment.

I loved the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos!! If I could, I would give it 10 stars, thanks to Paula and her entire entertainment group, thanks to Mario and Margarita at the Buffet, but not only to them. I wish I could remember all the names to thank everyone for the excellent service. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The construction doesn't bother me at all, as they say. I really didn't even notice it. Thanks Hyatt, but most of all, thanks to all the employees. They work with their hearts! Thanks. We'll be back soon!!! My stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos was good overall, but there are a couple of things I would have enjoyed more. It would have been nice if the pool stayed open later, and if the music around the pool lasted a bit longer. Other than that, the service was great, the food was delicious, and the resort itself is beautiful. It’s a solid choice for a relaxing getaway.
