The staff was friendly and courteous. However, I paid for an upgraded room with that was supposed to have additional luxury amenities because I was “premium” guest, but our room was underwhelming the upgraded amenities (e.g., welcome sparkling wine, premium minibar, etc.) that was supposed to be included were not. We were traveling with a few other families and our “upgraded” was smaller then the others and when I asked about the additional amenities, they said they would have it placed in my room the following day, but it never came. Other than that, the staff was pleasant. The food was okay, but the whole resort needs a facelift.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptional, especially at the buffet. Jose, Ricardo, Christian, and Jair remembered us and our drink orders every time. The buffet was better than most. We loved the coffee shop as well, where Felipe took very good care of us. The construction was minimally distracting. The pool was beautiful and the staff there were amazing as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Bugs, broken latch for the sliding door, tv didn’t work… I know there was construction going one, but until 9pm on is ridiculous

The service was amazing! The staff went above and beyond. The property is beautiful and is currently being upgraded, but regardless the amenities in the property such as restaurants, pool, activities etc were top notch.

We spent a few extra dollars on the swim up suite. It was private and relaxing. The waiter was always checking on us and made sure we all that we wanted. The staff was very friendly and polite

Rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is currently under construction, but it did not affect our experience.

The property is very clean and safe staff makes you feel so welcome. Everyone is very nice and the resort . Food was great also the liquor was great too ! 10/10 recommend
