Great Boutique Hotel in the heart of Los Gatos
This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Los Gatos. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Furnishings were antiques, but with new comfortable beds and linens. Having a fully equipped kitchen was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Tried to support a local business in a delightful little town. It was great location and you can tell it’s part of the community. However the mattress in particular was so uncomfortable that my wife and I will require a chiropractor to undo our backs.

Considering its age and location it was a very good value. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was just over a trickle but plenty of pressure in shower. The information binder was horrible. Really needs updating.

The lobby closes at 10pm so after that time you won't get any assistance if you need it. I had colonies of ants running at the entrance and in the bathroom, one I found on my pillow. The air conditioning is a mobile unit, standing near my bed so I could hear it working very loud and clear. The parking lot has too narrow parking spots so if one parks even a regular car, the driver not the passenger can open their doors; also the maneuvering space for a car to park is very small, and the hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or theft in the parking lot. Overall, the room was clean with everything necessary in it, and the reception staff was friendly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We were having some remodeling done at home, so we had to bring all the fur babies including two cats and our service dog. It all went very smoothly except that we were placed in a room that was an adjoining room so our dog was constantly on guard with the voices she heard, which means there was some barking. Also, the parking was a bit rough since all the spots were either taken or too small to accommodate our Tundra truck, so we ended up having to find street parking. One other thing that could have been better was the wifi signal. I had to do some remote work which relies on wifi, but ended up having some difficulty with that due to the waxing/waning signal. Besides that, a great stay! Clean, convenient, black out curtains to allow for some sleeping in, great water pressure, a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a super super comfortable bed! Nice and firm, just how we like it! The room was hot at first and we thought the AC was broken , but we eventually figured it out haha. We stayed cool and comfortable throughout our stay!

Los Gatos trip
Very quaint and attractive place. The room (Room 47) was large and included a kitchen and a work area if a business trip. Very dog friendly and this room perfectly located near park across the street. It is older but well maintained. Staff very friendly. Nice patio area where we sat outside to enjoy time with friends.

This quaint inn is perfectly situated for enjoying all Los Gatos has to offer. The staff is welcoming to humans and their fur babies and is a great value. Clean rooms with AC in a walkable, dog-friendly town!
