Very friendly and clean
We were in town for the Jelly Roll concert last night. The first room they put us in, the tub wouldn’t drain while I was showering. I called the front desk and they immediately had us another key made to a different room. The breakfast was good, I love their waffles!! The front desk clerk this morning was the sweetest soul ever, she definitely deserves a raise! The beds were clean, and actually slept really well. The staff preparing the breakfast and putting it out were super nice as well!! I called last minute to get a late checkout and was able to do so with no hassle at all. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s close to gas stations and restaurants as well as I65.

Very friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. It would have been nice if biscuits and gravy had been available all four days, however. They were available the first morning but not the last three mornings of our four day stay. I must admit i was a bit shocked when on the second day i asked the front desk attendant at roughly 8am if the biscuits and gravy would be coming out soon and she told me that the gentlemen preparing the breakfast didn't like making them so they wouldn't be served that day. Definitely not her fault, as she was very nice and i have no complaints about the service. I will definitely stay there again in the future. Hopefully with biscuits and gravy and a staff member thats willing to prepare them. Lol.

Other than having an issue at check in, which was not the fault of the hotel, our stay was very nice. The facility dud not seem as clean as it was last year. Im sure, like everywhere else, staffing is an issue. Both of the ladies that helped me at the front desk were very kind. The housekeeping staff did a great job in my room.

Was a hour late checking us in because they were “busy”. Needs a LOT of TLC: Shower curtain rod about to fall off, drain doesn’t stay up so you have to wedge it open when showering. We had a SIGNIFICANT ant infestation that started small and got MUCH bigger in the 3 nights. Would have been nice if they offered “something” considering the room price. Staff was pleasant enough. Better than other places I’ve stayed overall, but not worth the price.
