Although the hotel location is perfect but still I would give them a poor rating in the sense that their rooms are dirty, dusty and smelly. Basic amenities are also lacking and some staff are not attentive to customer needs specifically sone of the receptionists. Breakfast is very ok and the staff in the breakfast area are all very good when it comes to customer service.

Loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. The only bad thing is the bathtubs are very high and would prefer if it was standup shower. If you are traveling with an elderly make sure you request an accessible room.

Breakfast included ..had PEPER cups for coffee in room ..had to request for coffee and sugar reception not very helpful.When we barrowed voffee mug and wasbtold by food attendant we cannot bringnour coffee to our room tho they allowed others to go ahead.So we had to buy ournown mug and the next breakfast server says we annot drink coffee in our room and must finish it at resto ..again some people were doingnitnbut they didnt mind. We are originally Asian so we felt bullied and discriminated.

Just right.
Cute little room was clean and well kept. Had lockers for each person to store their items in and two separate safes in our room for 4 people. Breakfast was nothing special (croissant, bread, cereal, tea, coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage, meat, cheese) and a bit disorganized. If I stayed again I wouldn’t spend 15 Euros per person for the breakfast. Cute parking lot, 18 Euros for one night. Was easy and secure and I’m glad I didn’t have to try to find parking elsewhere. Location for visiting Lourdes Sanctuaire can’t be beat. Just at the end of the block. Was quiet and comfortable.
