The room was nice and big. Smelly and had a gap in the door knob when closed. Bathroom was dirty. No bar soap, just facial. The kids were making so much noice all night till 3am.

Disgusting hotel
The rooms were filthy and disgusting. The floors were disgusting with pet feces and dirt piled up on the floor. Our room was switched three times and each time the fifth got worse and worse. I was not able to stay there, and I will still charged the full price for all three days of my reservation.

Don’t stay here!
It was horrible we got a room for our kids and us the rooms were side by side! They smelt like pot and there was people outside above us that was hoping and hollering so we went to ask for other rooms and the next rooms they tried to put us in had very strong, chemical smell as soon as you walked in it, burnt your nose and the walls was water stained and the other room smelt like mold and smoke and the door looked like it was kicked in at one Point! We went to get our refund and they would not give it to us!!

Mold evident everywhere. dirty /stained linen. Used towel hanging on back of BA door in supposedly cleaned room. Weird smell. A Fly flew out of folded towel. Dirty floors. Rust stains on BA threshold. Disgusting ball of hair under side of toilet. Random hair in bathtub.

Hoping I can post pics and videos at the end of this survey. Twice I asked for mgmt to contact me but they have not bothered. The beds were fine. Clean sheets. That being said the bathtub was so incredibly dirty!! I literally have videos of me cleaning it with just a washcloth to see how nasty it was. Urine around the toilet. Blood on the walls. I cleaned the bathroom because I was entirely too tired to fight for my money back and leave. Finally got settled in bed and the tv didn’t work. I have a video of that as well. Would have been nice if mgmt would have contacted me.
