Hotel is new and everything looks and feels modern. However the hotel lacks many things that you’d expect from a 5 star service - mainly the feeling of hospitality and being looked after.

"My experience at this hotel was completely unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, check-in took a long time, and the front desk staff were unhelpful. The room was not as clean as expected, and there was an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the services provided were subpar, as the air conditioner that was broken was not repaired throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my time here and hope that the level of service improves in the future."

In terms of location and proximity to haram, its amazing. The hotel consists of 2 towers, T1 with the restaurant and with haram view. The breakfast is very busy like a market and you can rarely find a place to sit, a lot of the butfet items are not available at most of the times, and no water small bottles are available, you need to fill your cup with a public water bottle. Will come again since price to proximity to haram is a good value, but wont book with breakfast definitely unless they sorted it out.

Really enjoy our stay here. Very clean and efficient staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Only thing I want to suggest to please provide microwave oven and bug zappers in every room. Thank you Al munakha rotana for making our stay so comfortable.

Everything about the property was great except 1) beds were very stiff 2) pillows were very flat 3) water was leaking from from behind the shower onto the floor (not from the opening from the front but some leak from the back). I had to keep wiping the floors clean.
