Great location with average accommodations
The hotel’s location was great, a few minutes away from the Gran Vía metro stop. There were restaurants and convenience stores in the area. The hotel was located on the 4th (5th in the USA) floor. The elevator worked well. The room was in the small side; there was not much space to move round in the bathroom. Hot and cold water was plenty. During my stay, there was frequent noise which I was not sure came directly from the hotel. The noise sounded like people doing repair or construction. The accommodations were just ok, great for value.

It’s located within the center of Madrid. The staff that assisted us was so kind and respectful. The property even accommodated to keep our luggages while we explore Madrid.
