From the time we were greeted on arriving by taxi this was an excellent stay. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The only small problem was a low light in the room

I was staying in the northern part of the city before reserving a 5 day stay at Hotel Regina. Th staff was welcoming and anticipated every need. While I can speak Spanish, I appreciate that the staff was fluent in English when processing my payment. The room was immaculate and freshly renovated. The breakfast offered many choices to satisfy any palate. Many restaurants and night life are within a short walk, metro ride or taxi ride. Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor are close by for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The Gran Vía is no more than a 10 minute walk , which is lined by many retail outlets and entertainment venues. Yo volveré en el futuro. Fue una excelente experiencia!

The rooms were really clean and have high ceilings which is a plus. Their breakfast buffet was really good with a variety of foods to choose from. The hotel was close to almost all the attractions which makes it easy to walk around the city. I really enjoyed my stay with them their customer service was outstanding.

The keys for the room never worked. They need to fix that. Overall good, but not enough space to put our stuff in the room (drawers, tables). Everything at the breakfast was cold. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower was pretty great. Bed not that comfy.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. It was centrally located. Cabs were right in front of hotel. Area is safe, shopping mall and restaurants were walkable. What we really loved was that they had a wheelchair available for my mother to use since the airline damaged her own wheelchair. The staff at front desk/ lobby , housekeeping and breakfast area were all fantastic!! All of them were superb!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The staff at the Hotel Regina are all extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. No matter what you ask about, they deliver in short order. Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all extremely kind and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, more than I expected for a hotel breakfast. We felt safe and loved that it was centrally located to many of the places we wanted to see. I have no doubt if I am lucky enough to return to Madrid, I will be staying here!
